2. Data we collect
Identification and contact data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or the assessment request wizard: name, company or organization (optional), email, phone or WhatsApp and free text message.
Wizard selections: type of need (people/VIP, company, hotel, banking, residential, event, industrial, other), services of interest, city/location, urgency and scope.
Technical data automatically generated: IP address, browser user agent, source page, UTM parameters if any, date and time of submission. Used for abuse prevention (rate limiting, antispam) and operational traceability.
With your consent, site usage data collected by analytics tools (see Cookie policy).
3. Purpose
Respond to your request for information, assessment or contracting of private security services.
Maintain commercial communication directly related to your inquiry (calls, WhatsApp, email, proposals).
Comply with legal and operational obligations of a private security company in the Dominican Republic.
Improve the site and services on an aggregated, statistical basis when you have granted consent for analytics or marketing cookies.
4. Legal basis
Consent: when you voluntarily complete the form or the wizard and accept this policy and, where applicable, analytics or marketing cookies.
Pre-contractual measures and, where applicable, performance of the service agreement.
Legitimate interest in site security, fraud prevention and operational traceability.
Compliance with applicable legal obligations, in particular Dominican Republic Law No. 172-13 on Personal Data Protection and, when applicable to data subjects residing in the EU/EEA, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
5. Retention
Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of the contractual relationship and applicable legal periods (generally up to 5 years after the last commercial contact, unless a different legal obligation applies).
Technical data for antispam and traceability is kept for short periods unless operationally necessary or legally required.
Once the period expires, data is securely blocked and deleted.
6. Recipients
Authorized GDS personnel in charge of evaluating and responding to your request.

7. International transfers
Some technical providers (for example, Vercel and analytics tools) operate infrastructure outside the Dominican Republic. In such cases, transfers are carried out with adequate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and technical and organizational measures equivalent to those required by Law 172-13 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data, request the restriction of processing and, where the GDPR applies, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time (without retroactive effect on processing already carried out).

If you believe the processing does not comply with applicable regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
9. Security
GDS applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: in-transit encryption (HTTPS), access restricted to authorized personnel, environment separation, password policy and audit logs.
10. Minors
The site is not directed to minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data without authorization, contact us to delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will be published on this page with the last update date.
